About Circle City Repipe
Circle City Repipe offers and manages repiping, water pipe and leak repair, and water service line work across Indianapolis and nearby Marion, Hamilton, Johnson, Boone and Hendricks County communities. The work is carried out by licensed and insured contractors. Indianapolis plumbing work is permitted through a state-licensed plumbing contractor registered with the City, and Citizens service line work uses a plumber bonded with Citizens.

- Indiana Plumbing Code (675 IAC 16-1.4). The state plumbing code that governs the water piping.
- City of Indianapolis plumbing permit. Issued by the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services; the rough-in is inspected before walls close.
- Citizens Energy Group service line standards. The utility's rules for the buried service line from the water main to the house: SDR9 polyethylene for a full replacement, a Citizens permit and a plumber bonded with Citizens.
